2. You have selected a rural house, which means that we cannot offer you any 24h service.

4. Smoking is prohibited in buildings.
5. ‘ Los Pozos de La Nieve’ is not responsible for accidents, physical damage and / or property, and that cannot be considered in default.
6. ‘Los Pozos de La Nieve’ is not responsible for theft or damage caused by third parties.
7. A copy of the identity card or passport and the credit card is taken upon arrival.
8. The customer’s credit card details are used by ‘ Los Pozos de La Nieve ‘ as a guarantee for the payment of:
   1. 1. Apartment reservation.
      2. Damage caused by the client to the apartment, the furniture and / or other parts of the property.
      3. In case of causing damage to the property and its content, financial compensation will be required and the deposit retained.
9. Arrival from 15hr. Departure before 11hr.
10. Auto washer and products are available at additional cost.
